I have been a licensed and practicing Doctor of Chiropractic for 32 years, a graduate of Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia. I started Chiropractic school with a holistic perspective and have always considered myself a holistic practitioner, trying to see patients from a multifaceted perspective. Over the years I developed a specialty in extremity adjusting, appreciating the impact the extremities have on the spine, physical performance and occupational repetitive stress.

Stretching and exercise are used to facilitate the effectiveness of the adjustment, enhance posture, function and performance. Stretching and strengthening to bring balance to the spine, posture and extremities has consistent benefit for every age and health status.

Nutrition is another critical piece of my practice. I am in the “whole food, primitive diet” camp emphasizing gut health, hormone balancing (which always involves liver detoxification), enhancing immunity and reducing inflammation. The goal with nutrition is always to optimize health, function and longevity. Nothing directly influences our physiology more powerfully than what we eat or our choices with supplements.

Honoring God by acknowledging Him as our Creator, seeking to restore the human frame, physiology and muscular balance as He designed and intended us to be with a Biblically based, Christ centered, Holy Spirit filled faith and point of reference for the patient’s entire being, body, soul and spirit is my philosophy and practice style.
